With over 40 species of fish in Lake Nipissing,
it is not surprising that sport fishing, native commercial
fishing, and tourism are major factors in the continued economical
growth of the area. The major sought after species in Lake Nipissing
are: walleye, northern pike, muskellunge, yellow perch, and smallmouth
bass. Of all these species, walleye is the fish most prized. With everyone’s help Lake Nipissing will

Camp & Cottages
Our camp is located on the south shore of Callander Bay. We target our
services around vacationing families and fishing parties. Our location
is ideal and secluded from the hustle and noise of a large population
and yet, you are less than 20 minutes from North Bay.
Bear Creek Cottages
Bear Creek Cottages is a year-round fishing and family vacation resort
located on the south shore of Lake Nipissing. Renowned for walleye,
pike, perch, bass and muskie fishing. Located along the south shore only

Camp La
Plage
Camp La Plage was established in 1934 and has a long history of
providing happy vacations for fishermen, hunters and families. Camp La
Plage is located on a sheltered bay on the northwest shore of Lake
Nipissing.
Camp Raymond
Camp Raymond is situated on the picturesque northwest bay of Lake

Located on the sheltered south shore of Lake Nipissing, Fish Bay Marina
is a full service marina and campground. Much more than a marina we
offer: Two bedroom cabins which sleep up to 7, winterized, complete with

Glen Echo Cottages
Serious About Fishing? So Are We! Located on the South Shore of Lake
Nipissing we offer the “Best fleet of boats†on the lake. Our
standard 16’ Lund comes equipped with raised casting platform, 3
swivel seats, fish finder, live well, bilge pump, running lights and a
25H.P. Mercury electric start motor. We take all our new guests for a
tour of the “fishing hot spotsâ and provide you with a map of the

Greening Bay Cottages
We offer year-round activities but our specialty is fishing. Spring,
Fall, or Winter fishing is the best in the area and we can help you find

Lakair Lodge
With miles of twisting shoreline, picturesque islands and hidden back
bays, you can test your prowess against the likes of northern pike,
walleye, muskie and smallmouth and largemouth bass. Choose from 1, 2, 3
or 4 bedroom cabins, each with a modern generously outfitted kitchen and
3 piece bath. After a hard day fishing, put your feet up and relax on
your own sundeck or screened in porch.
Lucky Strike Camp
is located on the West Arm of Lake Nipissing. The West Arm differs from
the main body of water due to its depth and the fact that it is
sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds. We have been fishing at
Lucky Strike Camp for over 25 years and owners since 1989. For the
expert or the amateur fisherman, you will find an abundance of Walleye,
Pike, Bass and Muskie.
Lunge Lodge
The waters of the Upper French River have long been known for their
abundance of giant muskellunge, the king of freshwater fish. Deriving
its name for this sought-after gamefish, Lunge Lodge sits perched on the
edge of 50,000 acres of sparkling Canadian water.
Memqusit Lodge
Located in the West Arm of Lake Nipissing in Northern Ontario, enjoy
fishing for bass, northern pike, pickerel (walleye) and muskies. All
cottages overlook Lake Nipissing and are private. Guides are available
for fishing and duck hunting vacations.
Panorama Camp
Located on the beautiful Northwest Bay of Lake Nipissing, Panorama Camp
has 2 and 3 bedroom, fully equipped, HK cottages along with 52 large and
shaded camp sites. Lake Nipissing supports a fantastic warm water

Rainville Cedar
Cottages
Open year round for fishing, hunting, snowmobiling or a quiet relaxing
and enjoyable vacation, we have some of the biggest and modern 3 and 4
bedroom housekeeping cottages in the area. These are fully furnished and
all you need to bring is kitchen and bath towels. The fishing is superb
for walleye, northern pike, bass, perch and whitefish, even panfish
which the kids will catch off the docks. We have swings, sand pit, sandy
beach, BBQ, firepits, boat rental and fishing huts available.
Sandy Haven Camp
Fish Lake Nipissing or the Famous French River, out of our locally hand
crafted "Giesler" cedar strip boats. Not exactly fly in, but the same
feeling of remoteness, with out the expense. In Ontario fishing you will
catch Walleye, Northern Pike, Small & Large Mouth Bass, Perch and
Muskie. They are all here for the catching! All the Cottages are clean &
comfortable and come equipped with all the following comforts of home.

For years the waters of Lake Nipissing have provided anglers with hours
of challenge and enjoyment. The nature of the waterways in our area with
miles of weed beds, rocky shoals and drop offs prove to be a haven for
